What I wanna know is if Webb was responsible for the popstyle parts, which we will never hear live. He is the guy who worked for Sum41
He did a good job for Mot?rhead but they aren't Social D. Lemmy and the guys have this nice wall of sound but this isn't 20years of social d style...

<font size="2" face="verdana, arial">The first thing my son said when he heard it was it "sounds so pop, it's almost like Green Day"....

Social D sounding like Green Day? And Tiger Army using syths and sounding like Morrissey? What has the world come to.....?

I don't think it sounds anything like Green Day. It has the same feel as the Reach for the Sky Album.

And I'm with you on the drumming. Charlie is a solid, steady drummer, but it just lacks the flare and speed Chuck has.

Rock and Roll Outlaw - Charlie is better than just good my friend... Charlie is the best drummer that they have ever had. Chuck's style just didn't fit the band at all. Yes, the production sounds like Cameron Webb from SL&RR...

Yea that's what I think Glenn
Could it be possible that "Far behind" and also "Death or glory" are songs which were taken from the Slarnr recording?

There's one thing I forgot to say.. Dennis (R.I.P.) and John.. I miss you both [img]graemlins/broken_heart.gif[/img]

i didn't mean to say that charlie is a bad drummer, he isn't. but i belive that he lacks chuck's aggressive energy, that's all.

I just saw that the website states that the song's airwave debut is (was) may 15th. it's not a special news article, but just a mere note within the news on the upcoming GH album...
